Our Strategic Planning and Implementation services can be used by any type or size of business, whether they are successful or having iproblems.

We use a unique planning process which has been tried and tested on 100s of businesses in the last 10 years successfully.  We are time effective and cost effective.  We take key decision makers out of their business for 1 day only.

Our USP is NO VALUE NO FEE.  If a client is not happy with the initial planning exercise they may walk away.  It has never happened.

Implementation  If a client would like help to implement their Plan we can submit a proposal based on a monthly retainer.  We use a proven and effective Board/Management Meeting process to implement all aspects of a clients plan.  The client is not tied to us and there are no notice periods with an agreement.  We rely on producing results for the client who in turn is happy to retain us.  If at any time for any reason they wish to cease the retainer they can without any penalty.
