Save Stopmpond Lane Sports Ground

A campaign has been launched by Walton & Hersham FC to save the Stopmond Lane sports ground from development by Elmbridge Council.

If the proposals were to go ahead Walton & Hersham Football Club and Walton Athletics Club would have to leave Stompond Lane and move to a new sports and leisure hub with rival club Walton Casuals.

To show your support for this cause you can sign an online petition on the Walton & Hersham FC site or get the word out by downloading a petition form and spreading awareness throughout the local community.

To have your opinions heard about this issue you can attend a meeting organised by The Walton society, details below.
