Over the past week we've seen 3 Olympic events whizz through Surrey gob smacking 271 cyclists coming through at speeds in excess of 52 km/h (32 mp/h)!
Hundreds of thousands of people came out along Surrey's roads to see the Cycle Road races on the weekend and the Time trial events on Wednesday with huge turnouts around Box Hill and Hampton Court. People lined the streets waving flags, supportive signs, rows of people three deep on some of the most normally quiet suburban streets.
Although not everyone was pleased with the road closures, in Esher an official chased after a man on a mobility scooter as he attempted to drive down the route of the Olympic time trial!
The man of the hour Bradley Wiggins has risen to the occasion and become the first man to win the Tour de France and an Olympic Gold in the same year This is his fourth Olympic Gold Medal with Surrey's support he's become the most decorated British Olympian with a total of seven Olympic medals!
Did you get a chance to see any of the races? Let us know in the comments.
