Stop being wasteful with Love Food Surrey

Love food Surrey is a campaign created to encourage Surrey residents to stop being so wasteful when it comes to food.

Did you know that Surrey will throw away:
  • Enough potatoes to cover 6 football pitches this summer!
  • Enough bread to fill a double decker bus in a DAY!
  • Enough salad to fill an Olympic sized swimming pool!
On average one in five shopping bags of food bought in Surrey is thrown away. With the helpful hints and tips from love food Surrey you could save up to £50 a month!

Love Food Surrey has a series of road shows throughout the county from 17 august to 12 October. Find out the one nearest to you here.
