On 4th May, the community of Cranleigh will be holding their 'Spring into Cranleigh' events to celebrate the Spring season of colour and flowers. The day promises to be colourful, entertaining and a traditional family May Day.
The day will run throughout the day, from 10 am to 4 pm. There will be so much to do including May pole dancing, a flower princess & wizard king parade, traditional rides and face painting.
The library will be running tiara/crown making from 10 to 1130 am, in keeping with the the flower princess and wizard king theme. Along with this, Cranleigh Leisure Centre will host a range of activities throughout the day.
Local businesses will be getting involved with the fun, by running kiddy stalls and activities. There will be a collection of local musicians showcasing their talents as well.
