The following email was sent to all members of Elmbridge Neighbourhood Watch Members. This is a very good example of suspicion that the police may not be able to prove helping us all not get caught out by card fraud. Do read on.

Card Fraud in Elmbridge
The following petrol station in Elmbridge has been identified as a possible site for card fraud: Shell, Hinchley Wood, Kingston by Pass, Esher. Surrey.
It appears that a number of card transactions from January have been duplicated by cloning cards to withdraw cash in the Philippines. If you use this petrol station please ensure you check your credit card monthly bill to ensure you have not fallen to this crime type.
